The condo provides easy access to the Anthony Henday freeway as well as the Yellowhead Trail. It is a 15 minute drive to downtown, 8 minutes to St. Albert, and 20 minutes to West Edmonton Mall. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby as well as a park and lake. Our bright and spacious 1 bedroom unit is modern and tastefully decorated. It has extra large windows/sliding glass doors. There is in-suite laundry and a dishwasher. No need to worry about starting your car in the winter and clearing off snow because there is heated underground parking with an assigned parking stall. You will feel right at home in our immaculately clean and quiet condo. The only thing you will need to bring is your suitcase. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, please rest assured that we look out for your health by disinfecting the condo between visitors and also keep the condo vacant for at least 3 days in-between bookings.
