Our place is in a quiet neighborhood and has outdoor cameras + floodlights for your safety. The entertainment area offers a big TV with a sound bar, sofa and board games. Paid Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, Paramount+ subscriptions are loaded with an Amazon TV Fire Stick. The dining area includes a dining table with seats and a cozy kitchenette with many useful appliances like mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and a big sink. The unit is a dedicated suite with private entrance. You may need to share parking spaces in the front yard with another airbnb guest. Another family lives in the back of the building and uses the driveway. It is self check-in. We are close to the Oakland International Airport (~15 minutes away), and Hayward Executive Airport (~10 minutes away), I-580 freeway (~ 4 minutes), I-880 freeway (~ 7 minutes), Hayward Bart station (~ 5 minutes). Plenty of street parking during the day. You may be able to park in the front yard of the house if there is space. If you can't find a space, let us know to get you a parking space. The unit is equipped with a smart thermostat. You can adjust the room temperature within the range 68 - 74 for heating/ cooling. There is a small heater and a fan in the bedroom if you need it warmer or cooler.
