Many people have allergies to pets and are offended by pet hair on furniture and bedding. It is very difficult to get pet hair off plush comforters. I ask you bring your own blankets, pet beds, or cages to ensure pets do not end up on any of my comforters or scratching sofa and chairs. There is a $50 per pet fee that must be paid for at booking. Please do not bring pets without paying. Please book for the number of people that will be on the property over the age of five. Regardless if they spend the night, you MUST book for number of people coming to the property. This rule is strictly enforced. You will be asked to leave without refund if you bring additional people onto property without prior authorization.
