For climbers and outdoor lovers, it is a 20 minute drive to climbing in the Sinks Canyon area and less than an hour to Wild Iris climbing area. A 5-mile drive will take you into downtown Lander, which offers an award-winning brewery, unique shops to browse, and beautiful walks along the Popo Agie River. In the Sanctuary, you can enjoy your own entrance to an amazing space that includes a climbing gym, various workout equipment, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and a loft bedroom. Linens, towels and a warm cup of coffee are provided! This space is adjacent to the owner's apartment, but it is private with its own entry. The owners live adjacent to the property and are always available for question-answering and story-telling. Rural area with few neighbors. Two big dogs live on the property and can be available for squeezes and hugs.
