Villa Amalia offers 400 m² of space for 10 people in 5 harmoniously furnished bedrooms with bathrooms. 3 rooms have king-size beds and 2 rooms have 2 single beds. One en-suite bathroom has a bathtub, while the other separate bathrooms have showers. There is also a separate toilet. On the ground floor of the villa you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a modern living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with seating for 10, a separate room with fridge and freezer. The villa also has a studio outside the building, where there is another kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. In the basement of the villa there is a bedroom, a laundry room, a wine bar, a fitness room and a wellness area. In the courtyard of the villa you will find a beautiful pool measuring 5.5 x 9.5 metres and 1.5 metres deep, which is equipped with counter-current swimming.
