This charming two-level home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests with plenty of space to relax and make memories together. Step inside to a bright, inviting living room with a wood-burning fireplace, comfy sofa, loveseat, and armchair—the perfect spot to unwind with a good movie on the large flat-screen TV. Hardwood floors flow into the dining area, where a table for six sits next to the fully stocked kitchen. With stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar, meal prep is a breeze. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious king bedroom with a workstation, a queen bedroom, and a fun bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks, perfect for kids or extra guests. There’s a full bathroom on each level for everyone’s convenience. Outside, enjoy the low open deck, fire up the BBQ, or soak in the private hot tub under the stars. Four adult bikes are included so you can easily explore Sunriver’s 30+ miles of scenic bike paths right from your door. Please note: This home has a front door camera and strictly enforces a no-pet policy due to severe homeowner allergies. Other things to note AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
