The house is very quietly located in the village in a slightly elevated position and offers a beautiful view of a cow pasture and the church tower. It consists of only 2 separate apartments! On the first floor lives the owner who likes to take care of your well-being. The top floor can be rented. Guest access The anteroom on the first floor is shared. It connects the ground floor, attic and basement via a central staircase. I live on the first floor (separated). The attic is rented and is separated. Other things to note I have an untreated natural wood floor and ask all guests to walk without shoes or with socks or to bring slippers. Skiing: Within walking distance in the village: 1 drag lift St. Kathrein am Hauenstein can be reached in 11 minutes by car: 3 slopes with 4-seater chairlift / 1 drag lift. St. Jakob im Walde: 16 minutes' drive away: 6 slopes. Strallegg can be reached in 20 minutes by car and Mönichwald can be reached in 27 minutes by car: 8 km of snow-covered and well-prepared slopes for beginners and families. Spital am Semmering - Stuhleck can be reached in 16 minutes by car: 26 km of slopes with 100% snow, 6-seater and 4-seater chairlift, Semmering - Hirschenkogel: 14 km of slopes, skiing and sledding day and night. The Asia Linsberg Therme & Spa (adults only) can be booked for day guests and can be reached in about 50 minutes by car.
