Eagles Nest

Located in the mountains of Chugach National Forest on the headwaters of the famous Kenai River. Surrounded by 4,000ft mountains and nightly campfires, you can't beat this location. There are fishing opportunities (guided or DIY), rafting trips, multiple hiking trails, cross country skiing, and plenty of other outdoor activities. Great spot for bird watching, glassing the mountains looking at Dall Sheep and mountain goats. Get away from the busy life and take a break down here by the river. The space The Eagles Nest is an apartment located above our office and employee lounge. In-season guests may be able to hear some sounds in the evening from employees at dinner. There is a private bedroom with 1 queen bed. A door separates this room from the rest of the apartment, which has a full bathroom plus combined kitchen area/living room with a set of bunked beds and a futon that can fold out to a full sized bed. Kitchen has a small fridge, stove, oven, sink, microwave and coffee maker. Will have access to 24/7 riverside sauna, and nightly campfires.
