The space Welcome to our beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat, thoughtfully designed for your comfort and convenience—all on a single, step-free level. (There is a small step when entering the cottage so we have provided a ramp if this step is an issue. The ramp is folded up next to the entrance and can be quickly opened up and set on the doorway, creating a ramp, if needed). As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a tastefully decorated interior that exudes warmth and style. The living spaces have been carefully curated to create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring your stay is both relaxing and enjoyable. Accommodations include one queen-size bed and two comfortable single beds, providing ample sleeping arrangements for your group. While there are no stairs inside the cottage, there is one step on the threshold when entering. We invite you to unwind and make yourself at home in this cozy haven. Our beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 1-bath house on the first floor, with no steps, is entirely at your disposal. (There is one step on the threshold when entering the Cottage, but we do have a fold-a-way ramp next to the entrance that can be easily set up to place in the doorway and eliminate the step). We're conveniently situated near a plethora of restaurants and just a stone's throw away from the Jet Express ferry. Your stay with us offers not only the comfort of a welcoming home but also the convenience of an exceptional location, ensuring your visit is filled with both relaxation and exciting local experiences Other things to note We want to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible, so it's important to note that our property is located in a tranquil residential neighborhood. Our neighbors value peace and quiet, especially as they have early morning routines and young children. To respect the peaceful atmosphere of the area, we diligently enforce quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels during these times to maintain harmony in the neighborhood. Please park cars parallel to the gravel lane alongside the house on the paved area. Other Things to Note: While our close proximity to the lake offers many wonderful benefits, it also brings a few unique challenges. You might encounter some bugs not commonly found inland, such as Mayflies, midges, black-biting flies, and a few types of spiders. Rest assured, none of these insects are harmful to humans. However, please be aware that they may be present during your stay, particularly Mayflies and midges, which are more prevalent during May, June, and July.
