We can’t wait to welcome you and yours! The space BlackBerry Mist is a thoughtfully renovated three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, inviting living room, king bedroom and queen bedroom. Both bedrooms include TVs. The lower level offers a spacious bunk room with four beds and a family room featuring a large-screen TV, foosball table and convenient kitchenette area with easy access to the patio. During the summer, guests can enjoy our sensational outdoor shower after a day at the beach. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. Step outside onto the beautiful deck, featuring a bar with stools and an outdoor dining table with seating for six—the perfect setting for sunset dinners, cocktails and relaxing in the coastal air. The home offers air conditioning for added comfort, along with plenty of windows to welcome Matunuck’s refreshing sea breeze. Linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for a turnkey stay. Beach gear includes bikes, chairs, boogie boards and skimboards. Please note that BlackBerry Mist is a raised-ranch home, with two exterior steps and approximately five to six interior steps to reach the main living level. Guest access You have access to the entire property, including the shed. There is an owners closet that is locked. Other things to note During the peak summer season, from June 19 through September 4, 2027, we accept seven-night reservations only, with Saturday check-in and Saturday check-out. Thanksgiving, Christmas and school vacation periods also require a seven-night minimum stay.
