Sweet Home (Metro/AC)

“Sweet Home” is a beautiful apartment, sunny and bright, located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood 10 min walking away from the metro and train station from Reboleira. The space - The apartment is fully equipped, so you will have everything you need to enjoy a calm and comfortable stay. Perfect for couples, business travellers, or families with children. - When you arrive, the beds will be ready, and you will find fresh towels as well as a hairdryer. So you won´t have to worry about that.. - The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, hoven, washing and clothes dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils. - Wireless High-speed WIFI Internet and Netflix will help you to have a pleasant time when at home. - The apartment has 2 couples beds. In the bigger room, there is a 200 cm × 160 cm bed. In the smaller room, there is a 200 cm × 140 cm bed. -In the living room, we can provide for free 1 mattress, with the size of 190cm x 140 cm. We shall let you know in advance that this one is not as comfortable as the mattresses in a normal bed. - In front of the house you will always find free parking which makes your life much easier if you rent a car :) - 10 min walking you will find the metro and the train station that allows you comfortably to visit Sintra, or be in Lisbon centre in about 15 min. Guest access You will have access to all areas of this beautiful apartment! Other things to note - There is no breakfast service included in the Apartment. - After 11:00 a.m. you can already leave your luggage in the apartment and get the keys, this means we can do your check-in already by then, nevertheless, if we have a check-out the same day the apartment will be cleaned and will be ready until 18:00 (we always try our best to have it ready as early as possible). The same applies to the day that you will leave Lisbon. - For booking more than 3 days we need to go to the apartment to water the plants. However, we just go after messaging you previously. - Similar to what Hotel and Hostel do, at your check-in, we will need to check your ID or Passport to upload to the government website. Please note that we will only keep your personal information for max 3 days until we complete the registration of your staying with the Portuguese authorities. All the information will be fully deleted after the registration. We are responsible for the confidentiality of your information. The full translation of the law can be consulted at SEF website (please refer specifically to articles 15 and 16). - This apartment is registered with the National Tourism Board (Turismo de Portugal) and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. - Check-out reminder: Please check all the space carefully and make sure you pack all your personal belongings before you leave: _Valuable things: Electronics, Rings, Necklaces, Earrings, Sunglasses etc _Easily forgettable things: IDs, Chargers, Jackets, Books etc… _Check in the fridge if you have anything (especially Special Medicine) kept inside that you would like to take with you. - You will be given your own set of keys upon check-in, so you can come in and out freely. Please treasure them as your own. The key from the apartment is high security and it costs 80 euros to make a new one. Registration Details 142026/AL
