THE SPACE The main living area has a light and bright open floor plan that flows from the living room to the dining room, and to the kitchen. The living area has comfortable seating, ceiling fan, and a 65” smart TV. The living room sofa can also be converted into a queen bed to accommodate an additional guest. The dining area has seating for eight with additional seating for 3 in the kitchen bar. There is also a bistro set in the kitchen for 2. The Kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need to prepare a gourmet meal. Small kitchen appliances include: Rice cooker, waffle maker, tea kettle, both pour through and Keurig coffee machines, omelet maker, toaster, blender, and an expresso maker. Off the kitchen there is a powder room. Parking is in front of the townhouse in the driveway, with additional, free parking available just a few yards away. The full washer and dryer set are in the garage. BED & BATH The Master bedroom has King-size bed and new hybrid mattress. The master bathroom has double vanities and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds with new hybrid mattresses. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The 1st floor room has a King bed and new hybrid mattress. LOCATION Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the new Epic Universe theme park and the Orlando Convention Center. We are only minutes to all the other local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. We are right on Universal Boulevard and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community off of Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find a Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma's Cafe, and Half Barrel's Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. Next to the property in the Lake Cay Commons, is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, a Barber Shop, and several restaurants including Beth's Burgers, Sushi Hut & Grill, The Diner, NYPD Pizza, Ternerita Steakhouse and China Tea (take out only). We are based on Vista Cay Resort and always available to assist you. So, if the property you are interested in is not available for your dates, please send us an inquiry, so that we can send you the other listings that we do have available. In the unlikely event that circumstances necessitate us to change the property confirmed on your reservation, we will seek to relocate your reservation to a property of a similar or superior standard within our available inventory. There is a heated large pool with an infinity edge, a kids water playground, a full-service Tiki bar that serves drinks and food, and a large Jacuzzi tub that can accommodate 16 guests. The clubhouse has a gift store, gym, games room, theme park attraction ticket booth, and business center. There are also Movies at the Pool on certain evenings during the week. The resort also has two areas where there are charcoal BBQ grills and a picnic area with tables. There is a playground and multi-sport court. There are several Electric Vehicle Chargers on each side of the resort. We are a gated resort with plenty of free parking and 24-hour security on site.
