The fully equipped kitchen includes an eating area, a marble island coffee bar with a regular coffee pot & keurig as well as a few sweet treats, and brand new kitchen appliances as well as a new washer & dryer. The large living/entertainment space includes a 120” theater screen for streaming (by logging into your favorite streaming app) as well as a 10’ reclaimed wood bar table for having meals together or gathering for game night, & 2 sleeper sofas. The first bedroom features 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, a dresser, & a smart tv. The second bedroom includes 1 queen bed and a dresser. The bright, elegant, timeless bathroom has a large double sink, 2 mirrors for getting ready, and a charming original claw foot tub with a modern-day shower hookup.
