Nice beautiful new home, well decorated for a comfortable setting to enjoy spending time with the whole family. Roll down pool privacy shades and enjoy a heated salt water pool in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The house is meticulously setup with warm decor and furniture to make you, your friends, and your family to experience a quality luxurious stay. The space The home is located in North Port, near main shopping centers a few miles away from Mineral Springs. Venice Beach is just 25 minutes away and Seista Beaches with beautiful white sand and gorgeous sunsets is just a bit farther at 45 minutes drive. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire house. Please respect the personal items that may be found in the back closed and the garage. Other things to note The laundry machine buttons are gentle touch. Put your finger on the start button and give it a second, it will purr in just a bit. The pool is heated, with salt water. The heat will be turned on by the pool servicing company as the season changes. The jets and water fall are automatically set to run daily from morning to late afternoon. The pool area comes with privacy shades. please roll those up when you depart, or if the weather gets very windy. Feel free to use the pool toys or any pool floats in the garage. Please place them back once you depart. If you are grilling, please roll the grill away from the wall and privacy shades, so they do not get greasy or burn. Kindly reminder to shut off the grill gas valve when done. And, if the weather shows a frown face, enjoy the board games, or 1000 oldie game console - the vintage computer games that can be fun for entire family. Got kids? There are some chair bottom and backrest padding that can be attached to a chair. These have straps as well to keep the kids secured. There are two life vests in the pool storage box you are also welcome to use. In the garage, you may also find a few folding camping chairs you are welcome to use if headed to the park or beach. These wear out and break at times, that's ok. Kindly let me know if they do, so we can discuss and take care of the replacement. The home has an ironing board, an iron, and a steamer inside the laundry shelf. 2 sets of hair dryers, plenty of towels for bath and the pool and of course a selection of Keurig coffee. Working remotely or need to take an occasional meeting? No worries, an electric adjustable height desk with a monitor and a comfortable office chair in the back bedroom can be your temporary office. Safety wise - besides smoke detectors, there are two fire extinguishers located inside - one under the kitchen sink and another in the garage. In the garage, you will also find a pool motion alarm for your extra level of comfort and protection for your family.
