The Loft at Vin-X

A beautifully appointed apartment sitting above the popular Vin-X Wine Tasting Cellar in the heart of the Staffordshire village of Barton Under Needwood. The village has excellent road and rail links and sits on the edge of the stunning Peak District National Park. The apartment is recently renovated and has all of the comforts of your own home with a small courtyard seating area to include lighting and heating. The space There are two bedrooms with Super King size beds in each, both also have their own bathroom (one en suite to include a bath with shower over). Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and some toiletries are provided. Each bedroom has a mirror, fan/cooler, a hanging rail/hangers and USB ports which can be found in the headboard side sockets. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a dining area to seat 4 and it is stocked with everything to create a home from home (kitchen equipment, crockery, oils, salt and pepper etc). There is a Nespresso coffee machine with a selection of pods, coffee/hot chocolate sachets, tea, sugars and milk. Fridge basics are also provided. You will find a washer/dryer, dishwasher, DAB radio and Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen and off the main hallway there is a cupboard containing an iron/board, hairdryer and clothes steamer. There is ample seating in the lounge area with soft blankets, TV, games and books. Guest access Free car parking is available next door to The Loft in the village car park (there is also on street parking outside the apartment if available-please use the marked areas). Access to the apartment is via a side, cobbled alleyway and up an external iron staircase. If we are not to be found in the bar on your arrival, a key box can be found in The Loft archway off the Main Street, the code for which will be provided upon booking. Other things to note Barton Under Needwood is a thriving village with a Co-Op, chemist, Post Office, gift and coffee shop, clothing/interiors boutique, several pubs and eateries and the beautiful Barton Marina. This can be found on the edge of the village with several restaurants/coffee shops and the charming Red Carpet Cinema. Birmingham is a 30 minute drive away and you can be in the centre of the Peak District within 30 minutes. Alton Towers is a 40 minute drive away. The National Arboretum is in the next village, no more than 10 minutes drive away. St Georges Park, where the England football teams train, is just 10 minutes away.
