Conveniently located within walking distance to Campus, hiking trails, and more, this space offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The apartment features a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with a hot plate for cooking, full size fridge and sink, allowing you to whip up delicious meals during your stay. The spacious living room boasts a cozy couch and a dining room table that comfortably seats six, providing ample space to relax and entertain. The queen bedroom doesn't have a full door, yet has a privacy screen if you need it. There is a queen air mattress for those groups that are more than 2 people. It is thoughtfully furnished for a restful night's sleep, while the abundance of natural light adds to the inviting atmosphere. We take pride in maintaining a spotless and well-appointed space, ensuring that all your needs are met during your time in Ithaca. Guest access As a guest in our loft apartment, you will have convenient access to the space and its amenities. To begin with, there is one designated off-street parking spot available for your use. Simply park your vehicle and make your way to the third floor of the house. You will have a private entrance that is accessed from inside the fenced-in yard, allowing for a secure and independent arrival. While the backyard is shared with the tenants in the apartment below, your loft apartment remains completely private and exclusive to you. You can enjoy the tranquility of your own space without any interference. Additionally, we have provided a private washing machine in the unit, so you can conveniently take care of your laundry needs during your stay. We aim to provide you with a seamless and comfortable experience, ensuring your privacy and convenience throughout your time in our loft apartment. Other things to note - Parking is available in our driveway for 1 car - Custom keypad code sent to you the day of check in. so check in can be at your convenience - Guests must walk up to the 3rd floor to access apartment - Tenants below so please keep quiet hours between 10pm-8am - Queen air mattress can be put up in living room -.
