Spacious two bed Victorian tenement flat in a historic listed building in the heart of Bruntsfield.Guests will find two comfortable double beds, a fully equiped kitchen and full overhead shower in the bathroom. There is also two TV's , lots of books and board games provided. The flat is located on the second floor of a traditional Edinburgh tenement, with two flights of stairs from the main door. This is our home that we live in most of the year, our items (food, clothing etc) will be left. The space Guests will find a newly refurbished 2 bed fully equipped kitchen and beautiful decor to call home for short or longer term stays. The apartment has two comfortable double beds. The bathroom has a full size bath and overhead shower. If you are looking for a bit of respite after a busy day exploring the city, the apartment has a TV and a selection of books and boardgames to allow you to recharge before heading out in the evening to enjoy the many restaurants, bars and cafes right on your doorstep. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a traditional Edinburgh tenement which can be accessed by two flights of stairs from the main front door. The flat is our main home for most of the year and as such our clothes etc will be left but means you can help yourself to our fully stocked kitchen. We just ask that you replace what you eat! Bruntsfield is a vibrant and friendly neighbourhood. It is home to leafy parks, artisan bakeries, cafe culture, boutiques, bars, and restaurants. The area is situated only a 15-20 minute walk from attractions such as the Castle and Royal Mile. The apartment is perfectly situated for exploring the city on your preferred mode of transport. Walking into the city centre on foot will take you around 15/20 minutes, where the majority of the visitor attractions are situated. By bus, the bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the apartment and a 10 minute journey will take you into the centre of town. Bruntsfield is served by a multitude of buses making it the perfect way to explore the city. If arriving by car, Parkopedia is a useful website to find good deals on parking in and around the city. We do not have a parking space. Parking is on street and can be limited and expensive £2.50 per hour for a maximum of 4 hours.
