Easy drivability to shopping, Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, Roanoke & New River access. Highway 460 is 5 mins away and Blacksburg is about that same. Personal transportation is needed. The BT bus line is a couple miles away. Mount Tabor Road is popular with road bikers. You will love how peaceful and quiet it is here while still being very close to Blacksburg.
