One-room cozy apartment set in a sweet garden in Kalamaja. One double-bed and a sofa which is good for sleeping. We live in the same house, so in case of any questions we're there to help and assist with everything. (It’s an apartment building with 11 apartments, so you will of course have your own keys and door to come and go whenever you need and are in no way dependent on us :) ) It’s also possible to come with one or two more kids (we can arrange an extra bed). The space The house is located in the garden. If you wish you can use the outdoor table and chairs. We kindly ask you to not smoke in the garden. The flat is located on floor -1. Enter the house, go down the steps and the door is on your left. The flat has an one room with an open kitchen. There’s a double bed and a sofa which can be used as an extra bed. The bathroom comes with a bath and a sauna. Sauna is easy to heat up, but if you’re unfamiliar with it, we can help you to heat it up. Other things to note We don’t charge a cleaning fee to keep the cost lower for you, but we kindly ask you to leave the flat in a state like you found it when checking in. We don’t expect impeccable cleanliness, but there’s everything for you to do the basic cleaning :) You will find the big trash bins in the garden (next to the red wooden house, right next to the garden gate) - please take your biowaste, plastics/packaging and mixed waste to the bin before leaving. If you stay for longer, you’ll find extra bin-bags under the kitchen sink. Thanks!
