LUXURY MODERN STUDIO: Spacious studio with free secure parking. Newly built, Wi-Fi, fully heated and insulated for all year round use. The studio is set within walking distance of Ashton Court Estate, and a short drive from Clifton Village and Central Bristol. Additional double bed available for an extra 2 guests; £60 fee per night, charged on arrival. Please specify this to the host, at the time of booking. NOTE: this studio is a separate dwelling within the grounds of main family home. The space Upon entry you have a small washroom and hallway with storage for coats and shoes (you will find the iron, ironing board and emergency supplies here there is a set of stairs ahead of you. Once you have climbed the stairs you will arrive on the landing with a door to the studio and another to a spacious bathroom. The studio is open plan with an L Shaped kitchen which contains a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and extractor, kettle and toaster. There is a breakfast bar and two bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with a full range of utensils and cooking equipment a, cleaning detergent and cloths. There is complementary tea, coffee, sugar and bottled water provided. The living area contains an armchair, beanbag, sofa bed and coffee table. With additional cushions and throws. There is a large wall mounted TV, and WiFi and mood lighting throughout the lounge and kitchen area. The bed is a double bed, complete with bedding, throw and cushions. There is hanging storage, drawers, reading lights and a full length mirror. The bathroom is separate to the open plan living and is light and spacious. It includes a toilet, basin integrated storage and a walk in shower (hand and overhead). Shampoo, Conditioner and Bodywash is included as well as a large and small towel per guest and 1 toilet roll. There is plenty of natural light from large windows and several Velux windows. In addition, you will find a small selection of books, vases, additional table lamps, throws and cushions throughout. There is heating and hot water. Guest access You can gain access to the studio by an electric gate - details will be provided upon booking and there is a secure space to park one vehicle. Other things to note The studio is designed for 2 - 4 individuals and therefore cannot accommodate additional guests. The number of guests are determined at point of booking.
