Spacious, Beachfront North Camano Rambler

The beach and water are literally six steps away from from our home and patio. Spend a day on the water, or hiking the numerous trails on the Island and come back and relax in our newly renovated 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home. We have everything you need, including a fully stocked kitchen, to enjoy a relaxing weekend get-away or just go ahead and stay the entire week. Camano is about 60 minutes north of Seattle and you don’t have to worry about ferry lines! The space Wake up to the sights and sounds of Utsalady Bay with a warm cup of coffee on our covered beachfront patio. This impeccably decorated and newly remodeled home features a fantastic kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large dining table with comfortable seating for six plus bar counter seating for an additional four. There are two inviting living areas. One with large picture windows and is part of the kitchen area. The other has glass doors that open up to a large covered patio and the beach. We welcome you to make fantastic meals in the fully stocked kitchen all while taking in the sights of Utsalady Bay and easily socializing with all of your guests. Local coffee is provided from Camano Island Coffee Roasters. Our kitchen also includes basic pantry essentials such as olive oil, flour, sugar and other spices. The gas BBQ grill is just a few steps from the back door. The primary bedroom is located on the east side of the home and has a comfy king sized bed with views of the water through the corner windows and a large TV. Bedroom number 2 is located on this side of the house as well and includes a queen sized bed plus TV. There is a shared bathroom between these two bedrooms that includes a double sink console, shower/tub plus plenty of cabinet storage space. Bedroom number 3 is located on the west side of the home and includes a queen and full sized bed. This room also has a corner window view of the water and a TV. There is a second bathroom with a tub/shower located just outside this bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located on the west side of the home and up a small flight of stairs. This hideaway space is an oversized room that includes a TV, play area, twin bed, queen bed and full sized bed. Access to laundry room is restricted. Indoor/outdoor games include cornhole and horeseshoes. The patio has comfortable lounge chairs and a large dining table set. We have even included a crab cleaning station!! Everything about this home makes it possible to experience the best of both indoor and outdoor living. The house opens up wide on those warm summer days or can close up on cooler days, but still allows you to appreciate the outside views.
