Wasaga Beach Summersand's Riverfront Cottage 1

After several years of retirement Summersand's is back for your enjoyment. We are located on the Nottawasaga River with a short 5 minute walk to the Beach and 10 minute walk to Downtown activities. Our cottages are rented for a minimum of 4 or 5 days. Cottage 1 has a large deck with a covered outdoor dining space.Trees surrounding the deck provide additional privacy. Enjoy the Riverfront deck for sunning, swimming, fishing or Happy Hour. Post sunset roast marshmallow around the fire pit. The space This clean cosy 400 sq. ft. cottage has two bedrooms with double beds, full kitchens, living room, bathroom with stand-up shower and patio or deck. Bed linens, bath towels are provided but there is no laundry service. Beach towels are not provided. (Bed linens may not be exactly as shown in photos) Guest access Guests have shared access to approximately 1 acre of property, with shared volleyball/ badminton court, and Riverfront deck for suntanning/swimming /fishing /socialising/dining. Guest will also share the fire pit located at the Rivers edge. Guests will have their own BBQ. and outside dining space. In total there are 3 Summersand's Cottages that can be booked for a special occasion with a larger group. Other things to note Our cottages are best suited for families and quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.. Small to medium sized, well-behaved pets are allowed with a cleaning fee. Guidelines for pets: Pets must be on-leash while on the property All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of appropriately Pets must not be left unattended for extended periods on time in cottage Pets must be kept off beds and furniture in cottages Summersand's Riverfront Cottages is owned and operated by Jane and Mark Bolton. Mark was 16 when his father (Hugh Bolton former Toronto Maple Leaf 1950-1958) bought the property in 1975. Mark and Jane are still "Hands on" property managers ...trimming grass and planting flowers some 50 years later.
