Other things to note ** PARKING SUITABLE FOR SMALL CARS ONLY ** Please note that any oversized cars surpassing the parking space dimensions may be open to fines from the building management. The clearance under the storage box is 1.1m high and 2.45m wide (front end of car). The total parking length is 4.78m and the length from the storage box to the end is 3.47m AC/heating in living room only but strong enough to reach bedrooms. ** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. ** Lost key penalty - $300
