Visitors are not allowed on the property. Colombians must pay an additional 19% VAT, except in the cases mentioned in “Highlights”. Foreigners without an entry stamp dated no more than 90 days are also required to pay this tax. We invite you to enjoy a unique stay at our property! The space The property is in the Bocagrande area, with parking inside the building. The condominium offers excellent common areas: 1 infinity pool, 3 jacuzzis, 1 Turkish bath, co-working, gym and 24-hour surveillance. In addition, it is in front of the beach. The Walled City is a 10-minute drive away and the airport is 20 minutes away. Nearby you will find restaurants, clothing stores, shopping centers and supermarkets. You need to pre-register with us through the platform, and then complete the internal registration in the building. After check-in, you can't add people to the reservation At the property, each guest will be given a wristband to identify that they are staying in the building. This wristband is MANDATORY to use throughout the stay. Bookings on behalf of others are not allowed. The reservation holder must register at the property. Otherwise, check-in will not be allowed and the reservation will be canceled. Bringing masseurs, hairdressers, makeup artists, or other personal services to the property is prohibited. Guest access For security reasons, an ID must be presented upon check-in and registration. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out must be before 11:00 AM. The property is not handed over before the stipulated time. If you arrive before check-in or stay after check-out, the building CANNOT store your luggage. If you do not check out by 11:00 AM, a fine equivalent to an additional night will be charged and the cleaning will be carried out. We are not liable for losses in this case. For same-day check-in reservations, check-in must be coordinated, which will be 2 hours after sending all the required information. If you come in your own vehicle, you can park inside the building at no additional cost, but you must request availability. Motorhomes and high-cylinder motorcycles are not allowed in the building. The pool hours are those established in the building. Upon arrival at the property, you will be provided with all this information. We do not check in or check out on December 24, 25 and 31, or January 1. If your arrival or departure falls on these dates, we ask that you book the night before or leave the night after. Thank you for your understanding! Other things to note 1. Visitor ban: No visitors are allowed on the property and no additional people may be registered after check-in. Attempting to enter unregistered visitors will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and expulsion from the property without refund. 2. VAT: In Colombia, the following nationalities are exempt from the 19% VAT on tourist services, including lodging, as long as they meet the established requirements: 2.1. Non-resident foreigners in Colombia: • They must enter the country with an entry and stay permit (PIP) or a visitor visa (V) for tourist purposes. • This applies to tourists who do not intend to reside in Colombia and who present their passport with an entry stamp of no more than 90 days. Important note: Foreigners residing in Colombia, or those who do not travel for a tourist purpose, are not exempt from VAT and must pay it on tourist services. 3. Documentation: Before check-in, all guests must submit their information for the Accommodation Registration Card (TRA) required by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, which is provided for in Article 22 of Law 2068 of 2020, which includes personal data, identity document, residential address, email, flight and city of origin and destination. They must send a photo of each guest's valid ID. Valid documents for registration: • Citizens of Andean Community countries (Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru) and Mercosur countries (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay) may present their ID or passport. • Colombian citizens must present only their citizenship card. • For people from other countries, the only valid document is the passport. 4. Minors: Minors are only allowed to stay if accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. We do not accept notarial permits issued to third parties, as our commitment is to ensure the safety and well-being of minors. They must present the civil registry to prove that they are the parents. 5. Pets: Not allowed. 6. Cleaning: Cleaning after check-out is included, but daily service has an additional cost. For every 14 days, a free cleaning is offered. You can book any day, except Sundays and holidays, at least 24 hours in advance. 7. Washers and dryers: Guests are prohibited from using the washers and dryers. If you want laundry service, you must hire a cleaning service for $150,000, which includes washing up to 4 loads of clothes and general cleaning, but not changing sheets or towels (which have an additional cost). 8. Urgent contacts after 10:00 pm for check-ins at the property due to lack of information from guests, or support from our staff to open the doors of the property due to forgetting a card or keys inside, will have a penalty of 50% of the value of one night. 9. Please no smoking inside the property. Failure to comply with the rule will result in a fine of 1 night. Registration Details 167804
