Carlsbad Beach Getaway (Backyard w/ Hot Tub)

8 MINUTE WALK to TAMARACK BEACH Come relax with the whole family at this peaceful spot in Carlsbad! The TOP 3 reasons you will enjoy our spot: 1 - The beach is about an 8 minute walk, only 1 mile to Carlsbad Village, and 2.5 miles to LegoLand. 2 - We have beach toys, boogie boards, frisbees, towels, corn hole, a hot tub, beautiful fruit trees and bicycles. 3 - There are 3 bedrooms, plus a futon room, and 3 bathrooms...so you can bring 6-7 people on your next California beach trip The space Welcome to our property. The house is set at the back of an almost half acre lot. Banana trees, citrus trees, apricots & plums in June & July, and an abundance of bamboo & other southern California plant life will be found. We have a spacious backyard for barbecue, yoga, soaking in the sun, dancing, and relaxing in the hot tub. The lot has parking space for up to 3-4 cars. Also space to play corn hole if that excites you! The house also just got solar and has a level 1 electric charging station for your electric vehicle. The house shares a long driveway with another house (that we live in) about 150ft away. (Don’t worry, we respect your privacy and ask for the same in return) It's also right by the train, so you will hear train noise/beeps. We always want to make sure guests are aware of that, prior to booking. No parties allowed. Only the amount of guests on the reservation allowed. Neighborhood Sound ordinance of 10pm if outside. Please be respectful of neighbors if having loud conversations or playing music. Carlsbad Local Permit number: STVR2026-0083 Guest access All of the beach & vacation toys are on the north(left) side of the garage. Feel free to use what's there & treat it like it's yours. Be sure to enjoy all activities safely. Bike helmets have been provided. You are welcome to park 1 car in the garage. Other things to note Noise: There is a train nearby, so you will hear train noise/beeps. There is a small house in the front of the lot which (us) the Airbnb hosts live in . We are always respectful of your privacy and ask for the same in return. The town of Carlsbad has also informed us of some sidewalk construction at the beach/boardwalk area over the next two years during the off season.. Want to make sure guests are aware.
