This charming family home (≈100 m²) in rustic style, ideal with children and pets, has: - 3 bedrooms - 1 bright bathroom (2 sinks; glass shower; toilet), - in the center a wide light-flooded open space with spacious kitchen, 10-person monastery table & cozy sofa corner around the fireplace, modern-antique furnished, full of creative living ideas! - Access to 25 m² furnished terrace facing the lake and 950 m² private garden with olive trees, palm trees and flowers The space 🛌 Sleeping options The house offers a total of 7 beds in 3 bedrooms – ideal for up to 6 guests: 1. Children's/multi-bed room (approx. 11.5 m²): Bright, lovingly furnished room with restored antique farm beds 3 single beds with mattresses (two 90 × 190 cm, one 90 × 180 cm). Ideal for children, but also suitable for adults (< 1.80 m). 2. Double bedroom (antique) (approx. 6.2 m²): Small but nice! Beautiful French antique bed (mattress 125 × 190 cm) 3. Master bedroom (modern/antique) (approx. 12 m²): Queen size double bed (mattress 165 × 200 cm). 🪑 Decor & Style: So there are a total of 5 beds or 7 sleeping places, but because of the 1 shorter single bed and 1 narrow double bed, we have deliberately indicated the house as a 6-person house. Our cabinets are corner cabinets (with 3 compartments and clothes rail) because they are self-built with pointed double doors from a beautiful old Venetian house. This is also the origin of the heavy dark blue room wing doors, which we have adapted to our door openings and which can therefore only be closed from the inside by a hook, as in the old days. So whoever comes to us must know that with us the modern purposeful sometimes has to give way to the beauty of the antique. Accordingly, of course, the other furniture in the house is a mixture of modern and (always restored) antique, which is abundantly documented in the many photos of each room. The pictures probably speak for themselves :) Guest access All areas in the house can be used, ONLY 2 FURNITURE ITEMS IN THE HOUSE ARE PRIVATE AND PLEASE EXCLUDED FROM USE BY THE TENANTS: 1. The large drawer cabinet in front of the monastery table in the dining area of the open space 2. Our garden house Other things to note ℹ️ Other important information: 💰 Tourist tax In Bardolino, there is a municipal visitor's tax of €1.50/person/day (as of Sept. 2024) This is not billed through Airbnb, as Airbnb only does this for large cities. Therefore, I ask you to transfer the visitor's tax to me after booking and send me a photo of the front and back of the identity cards of all guests, so that I can complete the online registration with the municipality in a timely manner. However, the pet fee applies to several four-legged pets per pet/per week, which cannot be staggered in the listing.
