Bright happy room with double bed and own bathroom. Focus on your much needed rest and recreation in a clean, bright environment, while enjoying the convenience of coffeepot for making coffee, tea or making a toasted sandwich in the toaster oven. This room is nice for couples, solo adventurers or business travelers. The people in the area are friendly, you will feel cozy here. The space Location...location...location Near the University of Belize as well as to the city bus stop for easy transportation to government offices, embassies, etc. There are several eateries, shops, a bakery, a vegetable market and a laundromat within a couple blocks. Guest access In addition to the internal shared spaces, tenants can also use the lawn or verandah outside, spaces that provide lovely cool areas for chatting with visitors. This is a guesthouse so other guests may be in-house at the same time as you. Shared areas are complimentary, not add-ons; we request your courtesy to other guests by tidying up after yourself immediately after using these areas. Also please be considerate with regards to noise volumes early in the morning, late evening and night. During your stay Level and frequency of my in person interaction is based on my availability at any point in time (not predictable). I am very responsive once an message or phone call through the Airbnb system is received. We are also happy to interact more with guests who are so oriented, as we are friendly people. Communication is very important to us, so we can be of most assistance to you and be able to assure you of a great visit. We are happy to oblige with information about different things or places to visit in the area. Once a report is received, we address any issues, for example 'cuts' in utilities, that are within our control within the shortest time possible. Other things to note We request a tentative arrival and departure time, during our check-in and check-out times, so we can ensure courteous reception and check-out. You will be asked to present an official photo identification document and to fill in a registration form upon check-in as is required by law. I and my assistant are always willing to provide help with information on travel times, transport options available, etc.
