The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has two cozy bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. From the balcony you can enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains or relax in the spacious living area. The Spitzing Lodge is the ideal starting point for hiking, biking and skiing. Look forward to an unforgettable vacation in one of the most beautiful regions of Germany. The space Location: on the 1st floor. Orientation: north, east, west. Living: spacious living/dining area with balcony. Kitchen: open, fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom: walk-in shower and toilet, electric FBH Bedroom 1: double bed 180/200 Bedroom 2: two single beds 100/200, non-smoking house, no pets, access to heated bike/ski room Guest access You have access to your apartment via a key box, which you will find right at the entrance door. You can park your car in the parking lot in front of the Spitzing Lodge. From the parking lot it's just a few meters to your apartment. Other things to note We run the place as a contactless place to stay. This means that after booking you will receive a booking confirmation by email and SMS with a link to the online check-in. If you fill this out completely, we will send you the access information by email and SMS on the day of your arrival. Spices, vinegar/oil are not included in the basic equipment, as we are not allowed to provide this for hygienic reasons. If the booked apartment is left unreasonably, we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning.
