Air-conditioned, it has 7 bedrooms (4 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor), 6 private shower rooms and a shared bathroom. On the ground floor, a large living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge. Outside, beautiful terraces with a pergola for your meals. The swimming pool and its beaches, a large plot with shaded areas and a beautiful unobstructed view of the Rhone Valley and Mont Ventoux, constantly renewed. Guest access The entire house is available. It is located in a quiet area, Periret, outside Saint Julien de Peyrolas. Other things to note In July and August, rentals are weekly, from Sunday to Sunday. The organization of parties is not compatible with the tranquility of the premises. Local regulations prohibit barbecues in summer to prevent the risk of fire, which is real in the area.
