We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August. The space We have put a lot of love and homely feel into the two studios we created, offering all the amenities that will ensure a truly restless and carefree holiday experience. The studios are equipped with the latest inverter technology a/c units and modern type roof fans. There is a kitchenette with three stoves and an oven, all the necessary cooking pots and pans, cutlery, water and wine glassware and cups for coffee. We provide espresso machine for coffee capsules, kettle, freddo or frappe mixer and toaster in addition to every utensil you might need. The studio offers a 32 inch flat TV and WiFi service available to you 24/7 either you are in the room or enjoying the view from the terrace. Also, there is an iron and iron board and a hairdryer. We provide bedsheets, quality towels and dish towels. There is hot water supply available 24/7 and of course a spacious parking space for your vehicle. The view from the terrace is amazing and if you are an early bird, you will have the opportunity to experience one of the most beautiful sunrises, as the sun emerges from the sea. On days with good visibility you will be able to see the houses of Syros island on the east and the coastline of Serifos island on the south, while at night the lights of the villages on these two islands are flickering in the horizon. Looking up in the night sky you will be showered by an abundance of stars, with shooting stars dashing here and there and the great constellations of Ursa Major and Ursa Minor clearly visible. For your sleep, our studio has 2 single built beds as well as a chair bed in order to host a third person. Other things to note To get to Liotrivi from the port, you will take the road to Dryopida and after you pass the village you continue towards Kanala until you reach the mills and the supermarket, at which point you turn left exiting the road to Kanala, to start your descent. As you go down that road, pay attention to the small chapel of Taxiarchis on your right, which is where you will find the sign that will guide you towards Liotrivi and Kalo Livadi. Following the road running along drystone walls you will see a large water deposit installation and you will turn left following the sign to Liotrivi. A short 60m dust road will lead you to the rest of the cement road which will take you to our House. You will be able to see it towards the end of the descent on your left, where you can turn and drive up to the parking space. The nearest supermarket is only 4-5km away on top of the hill.
