The house is located directly opposite the train station and impresses with its high-quality amenities and furnishings. On the ground floor there is also a private café. The holiday apartment is located on the second floor and is oriented with a size of about 46 m2 for up to 3 persons. It is divided into a large living/dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom and impresses above all with its individual furnishings and a lot of attention to detail. The bedroom is furnished with a cozy double bed (160 x 200 cm) for relaxing nights, a sideboard and coat hooks. From here you have a beautiful and wide view of the surrounding village. In the living area there is a comfortable sofa bed (150 x 200 cm) and thus another sleeping option as well as an armchair and a TV. In addition to the dining area, you will also find a large built-in wardrobe with a furniture safe, in which you have enough space to safely store your luggage and also your valuables during your vacation. This room is rounded off by the kitchenette. This is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. In the modern bathroom, you will find a shower, toilet, sink with cabinet, mirror and hair dryer. The hallway in front of the bathroom is also furnished with a bench, a mirror and a wardrobe for jackets and shoes. There is a laundry room in the house where a washing machine and dryer can be used jointly. WiFi can be used free of charge in the apartment. Your furry friend is welcome in this apartment. The house has an elevator, so you can easily reach the apartment with your luggage.
