The house is located directly opposite the train station and impresses with its high-quality furnishings and fittings. On the ground floor there is also a private café. The apartment is on the third floor and is designed for up to 3 people with a size of about 46 m². It is divided into a large living/dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom and impresses above all with its individual furnishings and a lot of attention to detail. The bedroom is furnished with a cozy double bed (160 x 200 cm) for restful nights, a sideboard and coat hooks. From here you have a beautiful and wide view of the surrounding village. In the living area there is a comfortable sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) and thus another sleeping option as well as an armchair and a TV. In addition to the dining area, you will also find a large built-in wardrobe with a furniture safe, in which you have enough space to safely store your luggage and valuables during your vacation. This room is rounded off by the kitchenette. This is equipped with a 2-plate ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. In the modern bathroom, you will find a large shower, toilet, sink with cabinet, mirror and hair dryer. The hallway in front of the bathroom is additionally furnished with a bench, a mirror and a wardrobe for jackets and shoes. In the house there is a laundry room where a washing machine and dryer can be used jointly. WiFi can be used free of charge in the apartment. Your furry friend is welcome in this apartment. The house has an elevator, so you can easily reach the apartment with your luggage.
