Quiet room in the center of Madrid

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. It is a very bright apartment, well connected and in a neighborhood full of life, entertainment venues, restaurants, bars, theaters. The room is very quiet and you won't hear or be bothered by the hustle and bustle of the city. It has a fan to cool summer nights. The house is inhabited by two cats and me. It has a small balcony at the top where you can see the skyline of southern Madrid. Other things to note Smoking is only allowed on the terrace of the house.
