All four bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen-sized beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the dining area comfortably accommodates 8 people, making it ideal for group gatherings. You'll find two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, perfect for families with children. The spacious living room features a cozy wood-burning fireplace and provides a variety of entertainment options, including board games, a guitar, karaoke, and computer games. Our property offers both air conditioning and central heating to keep you comfortable year-round. Step outside onto the wrap-around deck, where you can enjoy morning coffee and meals throughout the day while taking in the natural surroundings. It's the perfect space to relax and connect with friends and family. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cottage, ensuring you have full privacy and space to enjoy your stay. Please note that the basement and garage will be locked and inaccessible. For your convenience, a self-check-in process will be provided, and you will receive the lockbox code on the day of your check-in. Other things to note Before booking, please take note of the following important details: Garbage Disposal: Kindly be aware that you will need to take your garbage with you at the time of check-out. Waste management information is provided in the house manual book, so we recommend reviewing it ahead of time to prevent any inconvenience. Garbage collection services do not operate daily, and if garbage is left on the property, a fee will be applied as outlined in the house manual. Water Usage: We utilize a well system for water supply. We conducted a hydro fracturing on November 2023 thus the water recovery should be normal. However, please be mindful of the water usage. Drinking Water: While our water is filtered, we recommend bringing your own drinking water for cooking and drinking to suit your preferences. Towels for Sauna/Jacuzzi: Please bring your own towels specifically for use in the sauna and Jacuzzi. Indoor towels should not be used for these purposes to maintain hygiene and avoid damage. Security Camera: A security camera is installed on the property, located only at the front, to ensure the safety and security of the premises. Fireworks: Fireworks are not permitted on the property. Quiet Hours and Parties: We have established quiet hours between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am to ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests. Parties are strictly prohibited, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. Holidays and Long Weekend Bookings: Please note we require a minimum of 3-night booking for holidays and long weekends. We want to ensure that your stay is enjoyable and trouble-free, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these guidelines.
