This process—similar to a hotel check-in—outlines house rules, communication guidelines, and what to do if unexpected issues arise. • Host/owner resides on-site, ensuring attentive, 5-star hospitality. • Property video tours are available upon request. • Additional options on-site include The Nest Abingdon (1BR, spa bath, sleeps 4) and, coming soon, Hilltop Oasis (sleeps 6–10, 3.5 baths, multiple levels of in/outdoor living). QUEEN EN-SUITE BEDROOMS: • Dressers, walk-in closets with plentiful hanging storage, and suitcase stands. • Natural bedding, many pillows, extra blanket and pillow, and memory-foam mattresses. • In-room seating, candles, white noise machine, blackout curtains, and floor fans. • Ironing board/iron and steamer (one in each suite). EN-SUITE BATHROOMS: • Many towels and two floor mats. • Artisan bathing soap and hand lotion, Mrs. Meyers hand soap. • Shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, and a flat iron. The lower yard has off-road bocci, a garden bench, and seasonal gardens. NOTE: Dew and rain make rocks and the hillside slippery. Please proceed carefully. Other things to note The Oasis is one of two short-term stays on the property. You may see The Nest Abingdon guests in the driveway. Weekly yard care includes mowing and leaf blowing decks and stairs. Host lives above Oasis, guests may occasionally hear barefoot pitter patter.
