Its main attraction is that it’s a walking distance from Bikfaya Christmas market. This cozy apartment includes an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room & a comfortable bedroom; making it a perfect getaway from the city. For those interested in nightlife, popular spots are not too far away. Guest access Dear Guest/s, We are happy to welcome you to our apartment! We would like to inform you that during your stay, you will have access to the entire apartment, including the balcony. The apartment features a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room, where you can relax and enjoy your time. We also wanted to let you know that if you are smoker/s, you are welcome to smoke either on the balcony or in the open space right in front of the building (few steps away). We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. Other things to note Due to the current situation in Lebanon, guests will be responsible for covering the cost of the generator bill; this will be calculated based on the counter, with guests having access to both the start and end numbers. Additionally, if guests choose to use the diesel heating system, the charges will be determined by the diesel counter readings. In addition to the mentioned charges for the generator and diesel heating system, please note that the provision of hot water is complimentary and covered by us.
