This is a lovely home, in a very family oriented neighborhood. The rooms are all good sized. My home has been freshly painted. I have the carpet cleaned, and also top to bottom, thorough cleaning done on a regular basis. I am not in the airbnb business. Two of my children live in Nebraska, everyone else is in NJ. So we go back and forth. Our home is located in Western Omaha, a very quiet area, yet within 20/30 minutes of everything. Including the zoo, downtown, and the outlets. This is a ranch style home. About 2 or 3 steps to get into the front door, and the entry foyer. The living room is bright and cheerful. Adjacent to the dining area and kitchen. The dining area has access to the deck. Master Bedroom, freshly painted in 2024. The Master Bath also remodeled in 2024. Two additional bedrooms, and another full bath on the main level. Downstairs you will find a wonderful family room. Allowing access to the patio, and back yard. Designated work space. Another bedroom, and full bath. This area also features a kitchenette, and eating area. Perfect for relaxing. You have access to the entire home, except the storage area. The downstairs patio has a table and chairs. Everything you see in the home is available for your use. I will not be available, however, if you need something, or have a question please don't hesitate to reach out. I have family in the area that can be there within a few minutes. We want to give you space to enjoy your home away from home. Lot's of kids in the neighborhood. There is a brand new splash park within the neighborhood. You are close to everything. Very peaceful, and quiet home. You are welcome to use the garage. I will look into seeing if public transportation is available. Just enjoy being there, we have great pride in our home. However, we are not ready to make it our full time home. So please take pride in your home away from home and enjoy! In the neighborhood is also a splash pad, and a park. Both within walking distance. In the garage, you will find sand toys for the park. Also folding chairs, should you need them for an event.
