This one-of-a-kind space began life as a carnival trailer, later became Crane 29—a floating guest pod in Bristol Harbour—and is now reborn as a creative countryside escape. The surrounding meadow is part of an organic hay crop, so please use the mown paths. • The Kaleidofloat sits beside a quiet rural road, with the occasional passing tractor—otherwise, it’s just birdsong and breezes. ________________________________________ ✨ Why You'll Love It Whether you're after a romantic escape, a creative retreat, or a unique adventure with older kids, the Kaleidofloat delivers charm, character, and comfort in equal measure. Every detail tells a story—and every guest leaves with a trove of Five Star memories. Guest access There are steps up to the entrance and it is a short walk (about 20 steps) to the loo. A path is mown for you to walk down the field- keep out of the long grass as it is a hay meadow/ crop that needs to be carefully tended. The farm is organic- no chemicals etc. Other things to note This is a low-impact, eco-conscious stay — a chance to slow down and enjoy life off the grid (without going without). • Cooking is on 2 gas hobs, a small gas oven, or the firepit. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a super-efficient Liebherr fridge with a small freezer compartment — but no electric gadgets. • There’s a USB charging point and good 4G coverage most of the time. One standard plug socket is available in the cinema room. • The lower bunk is 15cm shorter than a standard single bed — best suited to children or smaller adults. • The Kaleidofloat is full of rare, playful and characterful items — we kindly ask guests to treat them with care and curiosity.
