We have inverter for lights, fans and sockets in your room so you can stay comfortable during this time. Unfortunatly this is not in our control so any refunds will not be provided for power outage issues in rainy seasons. if you are going to decorate the place, contact us before making the booking! Age Requirement for Couples: Both guests in a couple must be at least 18 years of age or older to book and stay at our property. Note: In accordance with Indian law, we will need to collect a copy of the any government Id except pan card for national guests. You will receive a pair of keys on arrival at the Apartment.
