The rate is 6 THB per unit, which is usually around 400–700 THB per day, depending mainly on air-conditioning use. To help save energy, please set the AC around 25°C and keep doors and windows closed when using it. Please respect the peace and comfort of our neighbors. Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM. No parties allowed. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the villa. Cleaning is included once every 7 days. Extra cleaning can be arranged upon request. Please let us know at least 3 days in advance. Please leave the villa reasonably tidy at check-out. If the villa is left in very messy condition, we may need to call an emergency cleaning team to prepare the villa for the next guests. In that case, a 3,000 THB cleaning fee may apply.
