A warm and cozy place suitable for rest, work and just a nice time. The entire apartment is fully equipped for short and long stays, and is also perfect for a stopover on a business trip. Located in the city center, close to pubs, bars, cafes, but also green areas and the S8 Katowice - Warsaw route - very easy access. The space The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a newly renovated building in the city center. It has been fully equipped so that you can feel at home. It consists of a separate room where you will find a large double bed (180 cm wide) with a comfortable mattress. A sofa bed that can serve as a sleeping arrangement for two people (120 cm wide) - for greater comfort, we have an extra mattress for the sofa, because we know how important sleep is for our guests. TV with Internet access and Netflix. Additional space is a large fully equipped kitchenette, dining table for 4 people. You don't have to bring tea, salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil - it's all there. If you want to prepare meals yourself, the kitchen has a fridge, oven and electric stove, and there is a whole set of pots, pans, plates and everything you need to prepare and serve what you cook - for 4 people. The bathroom is small, but it has everything you need. You will find a rain shower, a set of towels, a hair dryer, hand soap, and a disinfection kit. Take your own washing cosmetics. The large wardrobe is equipped with an iron, vacuum cleaner and safe. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Other things to note You will check in yourself. Once you've accepted your reservation, you'll receive a message with directions to your parking space. You will receive a code for the intercom and a code for the key locker, which is located at the entrance door to the apartment. The apartment is on the 1st floor and we do not have an elevator. You can sometimes hear the neighbors living permanently, so respect the quiet hours. The apartment has no air conditioning, but it is equipped with a column fan. Due to the location, unfortunately, we do not have beautiful views outside the windows, you can see the post-factory building, but we hope that the atmosphere of the interior will compensate for this only inconvenience.
