The space The property is surrounded by nature, with fresh air and tranquility that are ideal for disconnecting and resting deeply. Guests can enjoy a selection of fresh fruits from the garden itself, such as bananas, mangoes or papayas, depending on the season and availability. The property has a large swimming pool overlooking the ocean, in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, shared with only two other villas. In the garden, under the shade of a mango tree and with the sea as a backdrop, there are also calisthenics bars for sports enthusiasts. The property offers an environment where the noise of the world is left behind, while Maspalomas is close enough to enjoy the peace of the countryside and the fun of the city. In addition, it is located just a few minutes drive from idyllic beaches, golf courses and all the necessary amenities, in a small oasis ideal for families or groups of friends looking for relaxation and luxury. Guest access The property offers free Wi‑Fi access throughout the accommodation and in the common areas, including the pool, and is well connected, with quick access to the highway for easy access to the island's beaches, towns and hiking trails. During your stay At Villa Montaña Negra, we offer a quiet and private accommodation experience, but we are also here to help guests with anything they might need during their stay. Upon arrival, we welcome you with a selection of fresh fruits from our garden, such as bananas, mangoes or papayas, depending on the season and availability. During their stay, guests can easily contact us by phone or through their favorite messaging app if they have any questions or need assistance. We respond quickly to make sure your experience is as pleasant as possible. We will also be happy to share recommendations on what to do on the island, local restaurants or hiking trails, as well as our favorite places. Other things to note For privacy and security reasons, inviting people who are not registered to the property is not allowed. Villa Montaña Negra is a place of peace and rest, so please respect the tranquility of the area and the neighbors, avoiding loud music, annoying noises or behavior that may disturb the serenity of the surroundings. The pool must be used in a respectful manner, especially at night, and excessive noise or noisy activities are not allowed after sunset. Picking fruit from the garden without prior authorization is not allowed. Guests must treat the common areas and facilities of the property with respect and care, and immediately report any damage caused. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments; if you want to smoke, please do so only in the designated outdoor areas. Respectful and responsible behavior is requested throughout the stay, including respect for the environment, the furniture, and the property's facilities. When leaving, please make sure to close the parking gate securely and wait for it to close completely behind you. Tobi, our German Shepherd, does not go out if the gate is not closed properly. If you are traveling with children, proper supervision is required at all times, especially around the pool and other outdoor areas.
