The tranquility of the place allows you to rest deeply, surrounded by nature and beauty. From your private terrace, you can enjoy breakfast among cacti and aloe vera, or relax with an outdoor barbecue while contemplating the dunes of Maspalomas. The large pool on the property, with ocean views, invites you to relax in the sun or seek shade. If you're a sports enthusiast, take advantage of the calisthenics bars in the garden, under the shade of a mango tree, with the sea as your backdrop. This is a place where the noise of the world is left behind, but the city of Maspalomas is close enough for you to enjoy the best of both worlds: the peace of the countryside and the excitement of the city. Fully equipped kitchen: Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances, as well as basic products such as salt, oil, and some dishwasher and laundry tablets to make you feel at home from day one. Outdoor dining area: Each apartment has its own outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals while taking in the views. Additional services: Beach equipment: You can request beach items such as umbrellas and portable coolers for your beach days. Pets: Unfortunately, we do not accept pets due to the presence of our territorial German Shepherd, who is very protective of animals but extremely affectionate with people. Other things to note No external guests allowed: For privacy and security reasons, external guests are not allowed on the property without prior consent. Respect for the peace and tranquility of the place: Villa Montaña Negra is a place of rest and serenity. Please respect the peace and quiet of the area and our neighbors by avoiding loud music, noise disturbances, or behavior that could disrupt the calm environment. Use of the pool: The pool must be used respectfully, especially during the evening hours. No excessive noise or disruptive activities are allowed around the pool after dark. No picking fruit without permission: The garden is full of fresh and delicious fruits, but please refrain from picking them without our permission. If you'd like to enjoy any of the fruits, feel free to ask us. Taking care of the property: Guests are expected to treat the apartment and common areas with respect. Any damage caused must be reported immediately. No smoking inside: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. Please use the designated outdoor areas if you'd like to smoke. Responsible behavior: We ask that you behave responsibly and respectfully during your stay. This includes, but is not limited to, respecting the environment, the furniture, and the property’s facilities. Security: When leaving the apartment, please ensure the parking gate is properly closed behind you. Tobi, our German Shepherd, won’t be able to escape as long as the gate is fully closed. Children's responsibility: If traveling with children, please ensure they are properly supervised at all times, particularly around the pool and outdoor areas.
