The space --Large bedroom with comfy King size bed, walk-in closet and new egress window. --Living room has new queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, work desk, 43" smart TV and a second egress window. --Large bathroom with walk-in shower. --The laundry room includes a newly built kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, coffee maker, toaster and dining table (Washer/Dryer shared with owner by advance arrangement). Guest access You'll have a private entrance with a self-check-in code. Your space is separate from the upper level, so feel free to come and go as you please. The key code will be provided 1-2 days prior to check-in. Other things to note I live upstairs so there is potential to hear footsteps or other noise. The temperature is controlled from the main level, but I am happy to adjust it! There is also a tower fan and space heater provided.
