This house is occupied year-round, you will find everything you need to feel at home. The space On the ground floor, you will find a large living space with fully equipped open kitchen, overlooking a very bright living/dining room. The dining table seats up to 8 people. The living room has a 60" flat screen, Netflix subscription and Wi-Fi access. A laundry room is at your disposal with washing machine, dryer and a large refrigerator that is entirely reserved for you. Kitchen side: dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and microwave, "Monsieur cuisine +" robot, cookéo, fryer, electric plancha, etc. You will also find some food supplies (pasta, canned food, etc.) at your disposal to help you out. The accommodation features an automatic litter box and a kibble dispenser in a locked room upstairs. There is a water cooler in the living room. So you won't have to worry about it. Usually very quiet neighborhood. Noise must be limited after 10pm .
