Guesthouse with seminar room

The large studio house with seminar/studio room is very suitable for artists, large families and working groups. The house has two entrances and a kitchen/living room, which is fully equipped. The two living areas are connected by a large, bright studio room with a fireplace. Workstations, chairs and a projector can be set up here. Additional interior for creative work or seminars can be borrowed from the WERKGUT. A sauna can be booked. The space The seminar house is equipped with 5 guest rooms, one of them on the ground floor, 4 bathrooms, one of them accessible and a guest toilet. The other 4 bedrooms are each on the upper floor and are only accessible via stairs. One of them is a suite with an interior bathroom. The studio and seminar room is accessible without barriers. There are 2 to 3 parking spaces available on the property, one of which leads to the barrier-free entrance of the house. You can also park on the main courtyard WERKGUT opposite. The house has its own garden with fruit trees and is surrounded by a high beech hedge, as well as a terrace overlooking the adjacent horse paddock. In the main courtyard there is a sauna which can be used for €20/day.
