Welcome to the Kosh Cottage! Escape to this idyllic retreat just one block from Lake Koshkonong, offering direct access to the water. Spend your days soaking up the sun at the beach and evenings relaxing around the fire pit on our cozy patio. Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, you’ll also find an array of restaurants just a stone’s throw away for those who wish to explore the local dining scene. Conveniently located 30 minutes from Madison, 1 hour from Milwaukee, and 2 hours from Chicago. This cottage features two bedrooms. One primary with a queen size bed and one secondary with a queen over queen bunk. We also have a pull out couch that offers a full bed. We have a fully stocked kitchen including brand new appliances. The bathroom has also been refinished and offers a washer and dryer. Guests have access to our entire property including our two car garage. Feel free to reach out to us anytime during your stay we are both available by phone. Very fun seasonal neighborhood. Everyone is very nice and helpful. During the winter months it is much more quiet. Our home is part of an HOA that owns a beach and clubhouse for residents. You are able to enjoy both of these amenities during your stay. The clubhouse is open Friday - Sunday. It offers beverages and snacks, there are no carry in's allowed. As soon as spring water levels even out we will put in our dock that you can tie up your boat or jet skis to. Once the dock is in it will be available through September. Please keep in mind this is a shallow lake and the water can fluctuate daily. Inboard motors may have difficulty getting into the dock depending on the water level. For reference, we have a 20ft Pontoon and an 18ft fishing boat with outboard motors that we tie up when we are there. We do allow dogs but only 1 per reservation. The dog must be added to the reservation ahead of time and you will be charged a one time fee of $100
