Stay with us and experience all the Atlanta has to offer! The space Our apartment is the perfect choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Atlanta. We offer a variety of amenities to ensure that your experience is enjoyable; including, a community gym, free parking and Wifi. As well as a fully equipped kitchen and private laundry room with a washer and dryer to make it easy for you to feel at home. The apartment features a king size bed with two night stands, in the living room you will find a 65" Roku television with apps such as Netflix, Disney Plus, Youtube that you can login to. Guest access As our guest, you will have access to the entire apartment that includes private laundry, valet trash service and a community gym. This is a contactless, self check-in process with free parking and we hope you enjoy your stay! Please note that the bedroom closet is not available for guests. It is closed off and currently being used as storage. However, there are clothes hangers/space in the laundry room. Other things to note To ensure a pleasant stay for all of our guests, we have a few house rules in place: - Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in a $250 penalty -Pets are not allowed in the property and will result in a $250 penalty -Parties and events are not allowed and will result in a $250 penalty -If you have more guests than the number reserved there will be a $25 per person per night charge -Any damages to the property will be subject to the cost of repair or replacement -Check-In is available starting at 2:00pm Check-out is at 11:00am or earlier (An earlier Check-In or later Check-Out fee of $25 per hour may be applied if we are able to accommodate your request)
