Just a short 1-minute walk away, you'll find the pristine beach, inviting you to bask in the sun and enjoy the soothing sound of the waves. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, the beach is just moments away. Rental Agreement must be completed & Copy of driver's license must be sent to secure reservation, we will not send check in info until both are sent to management. Renter must be 25 @ Time of booking & must be present during the entire stay, we also do not allow 3rd party bookings. No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests including children under 2 years of age, we count heartbeats and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps – No exceptions will be made. No smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 fine. Check out time is 10 AM: you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the property. Check in time is 4 PM: we do not allow early check in during prime season or w/o written confirmation. Guests are not allowed on property until 4pm OR until they receive the door code from our office, whichever comes first. Renter agrees to report issues with the unit to management within 2 hours of check in – regarding cleaning or issues & not wait to report during the review process, with exception to emergency maintenance calls. Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund. If guests’ soil or damage linen or towels or property inside the unit, renter agrees to pay for replacement or damages. Non Pet Friendly Units: if any evidence of a pet is found or if its reported that a pet is inside the unit, renter will be charged a $500.00 fine and/or may be evicted w/o refund. This unit is not pet friendly.
