The space The house is ideally located close to Lac de Sainte Croix but also to the many villages of the Haut Var to visit: Aups, Moustier Sainte Marie, Cotignac, Plateau de Valensol It is located in a very quiet and peaceful environment, a locality consisting of 4 houses. Parties and noise are strictly prohibited to maintain this peaceful atmosphere. The house is semi-detached on one side with another house. The Hookipa villa consists of: - A large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster...) - 3 bedrooms. Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 are double bedrooms with a queen size bed and the third includes a bunk bed and a bench that opens to make a queen size bed. - 2 bathroom - 2 powder rooms We leave books and games for children, board games. We have 3 vacation rental units in La Cadière d 'Azur, including our main house, Villa Rozie. We are trusted people who care about renting to guests who will have a good holiday. The house is located in a very quiet location, so parties and events are strictly forbidden. Linens are optional at a rate of 20 euros per double bed used and 10 euros per single bed used. Guest access You will have access to the whole house as well as the whole garden, and the pool. You will also have private parking.
