1-room apartment with 20 square meters. Centrally located. Perfect for 1-2 people. The space Our vacation room is located in Bad Honnef. It has a double bed (140 x 200), TV, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and small freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, (no oven only stovetop) dining table with space for 2 people, bathroom with shower and a small ironing board. Unfortunately, a parking space is not available, but you can park on the side street or the gravel strip next to the gym (up the street, right side). The room is located on the first floor in our apartment building. Accessible via 1 step. In the house we live ourselves, my parents and there is another apartment directly above the apartment. A few minutes' walk from the city center (500 m) where there are various shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars and cafes. The nearest food market (Netto) is about 10 - 15 minutes' walk (900 m) away. Many more shops (Aldi, Lidl, Netto, Hit, DM, Takko) are in the south of Honnef (2.3 km) Furthermore, it is only a few minutes to the forest of the Siebengebirge ( 400 m ) and also to the Rhine. Here you will find the tram stop and the island of Grafenwerth (about 1.3 km). The swimming pool can be reached in 1.9 km. There is also a mini-golf course. THERE IS NO PARKING The apartment is located in a residential area. In the immediate vicinity, there are three schools. So, it could be that there is more going on on the road at peak times (students and cars) Nevertheless, you will also hear the cars drive by at other times, as the entrance door and the window are located directly on the street. Due to some reviews regarding the loudness of passing cars, we would like to expressly point out again that you can hear the traffic. The house is located directly on a road/intersection. We ask you to take this into account when booking your stay. From 04/01/2026, the city of Bad Honnef levies an accommodation tax of 5% of the booking costs (overnight price incl. final cleaning). This amount is to be paid in cash upon arrival. -----ATTENTION----- The street by our house is being renovated. From now on, there is a construction site DIRECTLY at the house. The road is being torn up and the canal is being renewed. So you will hear construction noise and construction site vehicles. Construction work starts in the morning from 7 am and ends approximately between 5 pm and 6 pm. The end is expected to be in the summer of 2026. Guest access Shared use of our yard. No smoking inside the apartment. Since our cats are free-range, you may encounter the three of them. Other things to note The property is partially video-monitored from the outside.
