Best location at Big White Ski Resort! Bright and spacious condo on the top two floors in Snowy Creek Lodge. 1800 sq ft with 3 bedroom/3 bathroom + a large loft games room. Less than 5 min walk to the village, and the Bullet Creek Express Quad Chair is located directly across the road (night skiing and mountain biking). The Happy Valley fireworks can be viewed from the condo on Saturday nights! No need to drive once you arrive. Full height tandem garage can fit 2 large SUVs with roof racks. The space Post and beam architecture, sunny southern exposure and vaulted ceilings in the living room with a two-storey stone fireplace create a welcoming place to unwind after a day on the hill. Well stocked renovated kitchen with quartz counters and stainless appliances. Seating for 8 at the dining table with room for 3 more as the island. New king bed in the main floor master bedroom. All 3 bathrooms newly renovated in 2019! Note: Our condo is in a family-oriented building. Our unit is well suited to families or couples, to a maximum of 6 adults. It can accommodate up to 9 guests depending on the number of children in the group. Please discuss your group's configuration with the owners when booking. Guest access Guests are able to access the private tandem 2-car garage on the ground floor, as well as the entire 1800 square foot condo located on the top two floors of the building. The Bullet chair lift is also located directed across the road behind the building and the Village is a very short walk across the road! Other things to note - Please note that the minimum age to stay in our condo is 25 years, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. - Parties, graduations, stag/stagettes are NOT PERMITTED. - Pets are not permitted in our condo due to serious allergies by one of the owners. - Smoking is not permitted inside the condo, garage, deck, stairways or doorways. Any guests who smoke must do so at least 5 meters away from the building. - Quiet time in the building is 10pm to 7am as per Snowy Creek Lodge's Strata Bylaws. - If there are any concerns or complaints about obvious damage caused by previous guests, this must be reported to the the owners immediately, or as soon as they become evident, via phone, email or message within the Airbnb platform. - Ski/snowboard equipment and bikes must be stored in the private heated garage, as per Snowy Creek Lodge's Strata Bylaws. Please do not bring equipment/gear into the condo. - Please keep the property and furnishings in good order and leave the condo tidy on check out. Check out instructions (e.g. starting a first load of towels or bed sheets, dishwasher, etc) are provided in the condo's 'Welcome Binder' and can be requested in advance by contacting the owners. - Cleaning associated with damaging or defacing the property or in excess of the standard cleaning fees, lost or broken items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property, and any costs related to a security company or police involvement (e.g. noise complaints) are considered property damage and will be compensated to the owners via the security deposit. - Guests other than those identified in the booking process may not stay overnight in the property (ie: extra guests/friends). Any other person who visits the property is the sole responsibility of the guest who makes the booking.
